The Four Pillars of Dr. Tarchell Peeples

As a Servant, I constantly ask myself, “How can I help children and families grow to live a better quality of life than I do?” What can I do to make an impact on the world? How can I positively influence human preparedness for life in a technologically driven world? I believe that it is my life’s purpose to serve others and answer these questions by finding innovative solutions to local and global issues that we face as humans. 

As a Parent, I support and love my personal children, children from my community, and any child who may be under my supervision and care. Being present to support my children helps me to stay connected with, and gain insight from, parents who desire to impact the world by raising their children with love and the skills necessary to positively contribute to the world. 

As an Educator, it is my sworn duty to teach children how to empower themselves and launch their success. With over 23 years of experience as a middle school educator, I consider myself an educational purist. I am a lifelong learner and have devoted my life to finding ways to improve the teaching and learning process for both students and teachers. I embrace forward thinking. I am an advocate for STEAM, I am an educational consultant, grant writer and recipient, author, entrepreneur, and mentor.  

As a Visionary… I am on a mission to influence the future of learning. I am committed to   creating innovative learning solutions that promote the application of 4IR&B Skills, and doing what it takes to provide students with optimal learning conditions that will help them to take ownership of their learning, ownership of performance, and ownership of outcomes.
